Himalaya is a compact legacy Nepali font that appeared widely in older newspaper and publication layouts. It is a pre-Unicode font, kept here for working with legacy documents and print workflows.
Install Himalaya in three steps

Download the himalaya.zip file below.

Extract the archive to get the TrueType (HIMALAYA.ttf) file.

Windows: right-click the .ttf and choose Install, or copy it into C:\Windows\Fonts. macOS: double-click the .ttf and click Install Font. Then type with the traditional Nepali (Remington) layout - the text appears in Himalaya.
