This site is run by Jenish Bhandari, an ecommerce growth expert based in Kathmandu, Nepal. The site is at https://www.jenishbhandari.com.np.

2. What I collect

I only collect what I need to run this site and get back to you:

  • Contact form submissions (your name, email, and message). I keep these so I can reply.
  • Newsletter signups (your email). Used only to send the newsletter you asked for.
  • Server logs (IP address, browser type, time of request). Standard hosting stuff, kept for security.
  • Cookies. Only the session cookies that stop CSRF attacks on forms. No tracking cookies from me.

3. How I use your data

  • To reply to messages sent through the contact form.
  • To send the newsletter you subscribed to. Unsubscribe link is in every email.
  • To keep the site secure and block spam.

Everything runs on a secure server. I use prepared statements for database queries, CSRF tokens on forms, and HTTPS across the whole site. I do not sell, trade, or rent your information to anyone.

6. Your rights

You can:

  • See what data I have about you.
  • Fix anything that is wrong.
  • Delete your data and stop getting the newsletter.

7. How long I keep your data

  • Contact form messages are kept for 12 months in case there is an ongoing conversation.
  • Newsletter signups stay until you unsubscribe.
  • Server logs are rotated by the host, usually deleted after 30 to 90 days.

This site is not for anyone under 13. I do not collect data from children.
